At Krazy Caterpillar, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Krazy Caterpillar tags and protective liners are still intact.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
